Generic Table Restructuring

All data can be output in user defined layouts simply by dragging the field names around a reporting form.  These can be produced in Excel and be automatically updatable if desired, meaning any formatting applied can be retained.

Two outputs above show water level depths in two different formats.  The data is the same.
