Importing Data Laboratory Data Most major laboratories can provide data in a format for direct import to ESDAT.  This includes comprehensive QA information. Field Data Field data can be entered directly into electronic field collection sheets.  Transfer data to/from other organisations Data can be transferred to/from numerous file formats, including Excel, ESRI Shape File, XML, or transfer the whole database. Historical Data Data can be imported directly from tabular formats in Excel.
