Database Sharing/Delivery

During and upon completion of the project the client may wish to obtain electronic data.   With ESDAT this is easy, all your data is stored in one place, in a logical manner.

If the client also owns ESDAT

If both parties own an ESDAT licence

  1. The database can be made accessible over the web so that both parties can analyse it through ESDAT, or
  2. ESDAT can compress and package the database so it can be periodically e-mailed to the client.

If the client doesn't own ESDAT

Three options are available if the client does not have an ESDAT licence, but wants to analyse the data.

  1. Data in the database can be exported to ArcGIS shape files, MapInfo MIF files, or Excel,
  2. The database can be sent as is and opened by the client in Access/SQL Server.  The database is intuitive to navigate.
  3. ESDAT can produce automated factual reports which contain the latest data and can be e-mailed to the client, or put on a web site.
