Email and telephone support is included with the purchase of ESdat, and after the
first 12 months, for valid maintenance plans.
If you have a question you should do the following:
Search the help files in ESdat (Help menu).
Search the forum to see if the question has already been asked.
Post your question on the forum,
remembering to include as much information and context as possible.
Our support staff will receive a notification and respond, other users may also
respond.
Follow up with your power user(s) within your organisation.
Power users (or nominated users) at your organisation have a direct line of contact to experienced and development staff. Our staff may anonymously
post the question and the answer on the forum to assist other users.
