Support

Email and telephone support is included with the purchase of ESdat, and after the first 12 months, for valid maintenance plans.

If you have a question you should do the following:

  • Search the help files in ESdat (Help menu).
  • Search the forum to see if the question has already been asked.
  • Post your question on the forum, remembering to include as much information and context as possible.  Our support staff will receive a notification and respond, other users may also respond.
  • Follow up with your power user(s) within your organisation. 
  • Power users (or nominated users) at your organisation have a direct line of contact to experienced and development staff.  Our staff may anonymously post the question and the answer on the forum to assist other users.
